📦 Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return:
    • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Food items once opened or consumed.
    • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
    • Items purchased during special discount offers or clearance sales (unless defective).
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, email us at info@avedsgroup.com with your Order ID, product pictures, and reason for return.
    • Our quality team will verify your claim and arrange a pickup or replacement if applicable.
    • If pickup service is not available in your area, we may ask you to courier the product to our address.

💰 Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are issued only when:
      • The replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
      • The product is returned in acceptable condition and verified by our team.
    • Refunds are not applicable for opened or used food products.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card/Wallet).
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please check your bank account or payment service provider.

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will offer a free replacement of the same item or similar variant (if available).
  • Replacements are processed only after verification through photos or inspection.

🚚 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
